We offer a personal shopping service, which is an exclusive opportunity to order your favourite branded bags and purses directly from biggest outlets. Only during the seasons with the hottest sales, do we place the offers in the category "SATIONI Outlet", where you can place your order within the time frame. Exclusive individually picked items await you with up to 70% off. We offer you a hand-picked selection on sales season only.

How to order?
Choose any item, add to your shopping bag, follow future instructions for the secure payment and we will take care of the rest.
When will I receive the order?
Your chosen items estimate delivery time can be seen next to the countdown icon to each item’s description or at the cart. Make sure you order your items before the time ends on the countdown icon.
What does the countdown icon mean in the product description?
All orders received during the week are completed and sent for processing to the manufacturers every Thursday at 15:00. To receive your item on the estimate date, the order must be placed by the end of time countdown, otherwise your order will be proceeded the following Thursday.
How to make a payment?
We accept credit/debit card, internet banking and Bank-link services.
After your payment is processed you will see “Thank you” page on your screen and will receive a receipt in your email provided.
How to use a gift card or voucher?
- Gift cards can be redeemed in the gft card section of the basket . Enter the gift card number in section and press the "Add" button, the amount will be automatically redeemed from your gift card.
- Discount codes can be redeemed in the Discount code section by entering the code and pressing the "Add" button.
Is the product under warranty?
Any purchase from Sationi bags are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. For more information, go to the section "Ordering terms".
What to do if there is defective item?
Our team at Sationi bags always checks each item before it travels to you. If you receive any defective items, please contact our team members for future details. More information can be found in the section "Ordering terms".
How to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before the time ends on the countdown. Unfortunately, it will NOT be possible to cancel your order, as it will be sent to our manufacturers for processing.
How can I return an item?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving it, and we will refund the amount paid excluding shipping costs. Please return your items with the original tags attached. We also offer exchange for another item. For more information about return policy read in "Ordering terms".
