3.3. The personal data received is processed in accordance of law Article 7. sections 1. and 2. requirements of regulatory acts.

4. Purpose of personal data processing.

4.1. Data collector collects data of:

4.1.2. Contact information such as E-mail, telephone number for communicative purposes, service, order processing.

4.1.3. Transaction data (purchased goods, delivery address, price, payment information)- bill processing, order processing, delivery fulfilment, statistic data analysis.

5. Data transfer to external service providers.

Data collector uses external services to provide transactions.

Payment processing is provided by payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore necessary data will be shared to fulfil transactions.

Payments is handed over to the “Maksekeskus” cooperation.

Accounting side for creating and processing an invoice is covered by “Centimag” LTD, therefore all necessary data will be provided with the company.

For delivery service data needs to be processed to “Omniva” LTD or “DPD Latvia” LTD, depending which is chosen by customer/data subject.

These service providers process your data in accordance with their privacy policy.

6. Data storage

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which that data was collected and to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
